Permisions For Filming

When filming on some private ground or ground that somebody owns you needto get permission to film there as it is not your place to be on there. We thought thatwe might have to ask the headteacher of the primary school that weare using because it is there ground. However we dont have to because on the weekends that we have been filming on it then turns into public ground which makes things a lot easier to film. So if wewere doing it during a weekday then we would definately need permission as there would be lots of children running around and probably getting into the shot which could then be a problem for the parents of that child as they might not want them in it and being shown to any other people.

Another reason why we would need permission is because of the song thatwe plan on using atthe beggining of our short film. Wen want to use a song called Tomorrow's Rain by Streebeck so if we were to use this song we would thwen have to find a way to message them and show evidence that we have tried to ask them or show what they have sent back to us. If we cannot do this then whatwe would do is Harry would make something up on guitar so we would have to get any permission from anyone to put it into our video.
